A4 Graph Paper
A4 graph paper is the right choice anywhere A4 is the standard sheet — most of the world outside North America. This printable PDF is generated at exact A4 dimensions (210 × 297 mm) with crisp 5 mm squares, so it fills the page edge-to-margin without scaling.

Frequently asked questions
What are the dimensions of A4 graph paper?
A4 measures 210 × 297 mm (8.27 × 11.69 in). This template is generated at exactly that size.
What grid size does the A4 template use?
It uses 5 mm metric squares by default. You can change the spacing to 10 mm, 1/4 inch or anything else in the editor.
How do I avoid white borders when printing?
Set your printer to “Actual size” (100%) and the smallest available margins; most printers cannot print fully to the edge, which is why the grid stops at a small margin by design.
Will it print to the exact scale?
For a true-to-size grid, print at 100% scale (turn off "Fit to page" or "Shrink oversized pages"). The PDF is built at exact A4, Letter or A5 dimensions, so 5 mm really measures 5 mm on paper.
